East of Main Street this neighbourhood is right next to downtown Canmore & many shops, restaurants, yoga studios, coffee shops, art galleries, hiking and biking trails, with the Bow River right next door
Nearby are Centennial Park and Riverside Park as well as Lawrence Grassi Middle school and the Roundhouse Preschool
This area has town homes, duplexes, small miner’s homes and new luxurious single family homes. Land includes R1, R2 and R4 lots.
Larch
A quiet area west of Lions Park with a mix of manufactured homes and older homes, as well as newer single family homes

Hospital Hill
A quiet neighbourhood located to the South of the Bow River and close to downtown, the Canmore Nordic Centre and Quarry Lake
Newer and older single family homes, duplexes and townhomes, with a lot of redevelopment in the last few years
Peaks of Grassi
A great family neighbourhood on the shoulder of Ha Ling Peak built in the1990’s, with townhomes and more densely populated single family homes on smaller lots
Many homes have legal suites offering revenue generating opportunities for long-term tenants
Close to Quarry Lake, the off-leash dog park and Highline trail
Quarry Pines
West of Peaks of Grassi, a neighbourhood of single family mountain homes and large half duplexes

Rundleview
Bordering the Canmore Nordic Centre this area was developed in the 1980’s to late 90’s and is compromised of mostly single family homes and townhomes surrounded by mature green space.
Amazing views of Ha Ling Peak and the Rundle Range along with very close access to the Nordic Centre and walking distance to Town
Prospect
Beside the Bow River, larger, newer luxury homes and incredible views of Grotto and Lady MacDonald mountains.
Single road access to this community keeps it peaceful and quiet
You can walk or bike to downtown Canmore on a winding paved path through the forest and close to the Bow River
Three Sisters Mountain Village
This large area of town stretches from the exclusive gated community of Cairns Landing along the Parkway to the eastern border of the Stewart Creek Golf Course
Apartment style condos, town homes and beautiful mountain style single family homes with most zoning residential, and some areas allowing legal suites.
The paved Town Trail make walking and biking easy to the Catholic and Francophone Schools, as well as the Disc Golf Course and the shops and café at Dyrgas Gate
